Ingredients
6hot dogs
1 ¼cupcherry tomatoes or chopped tomatoes
¼medium white onion
6sprigs cilantro
1tsp.Mexican oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
12corn tortillas
Instructions
Chop the onion and cilantro.
Cut the hot dogs into ½" pieces.
Preheat 2 tablespoons cooking oil to medium-hot then add the chopped onions and fry for 2 minutes until the onions are just starting to turn translucent.
Add the tomatoes and cook for 2 more minutes.
Add the sliced hot dogs stir and cook for 2 more minutes.
Mix in the cilantro and cook for 1 more minute.
Sprinkle the oregano on the hot dogs before serving.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Warm the tortillas before serving.

Substitutions
You can use any type of tomato. Just cut them into ½" chunks.
Flour tortillas.

The dish will keep in the refrigerator for 2 days.
